No, SpectroGram 5 doesn't work on the Windows 10 operating system. You will need to download another application that has been especially developed to support this version of Windows. Luckily, there is Spek available for multi-platforms that does the same thing.

Spek works in the same way and provides the same data like SpectroGram did, but it's also compatible with the latest version of Windows.

Spectrogram 16 gives a correct analysis under Windows 7 (440 Hz tuning fork), but it gives badly spectrum under Windows 10 with a lot of not-existing sub-harmonics. There is a solution of this problem?

I have found a message on a website which says that Spectrogram application has been discontinued which means no updates will be available any more. Based on this, I can confirm that the main cause to your issue is related to compatibility. While you may have the possibility of installing it on a new operating system, its functionality will be questionable due to modules and files not being compatible with the operating system.

One way to use the application again is through virtualization using VirtualBox or VmWare. VirtualBox allows you to install all sorts of operating systems (Windows included).

Note: You need an original installation disc or ISO for the OS you want to install to run Spectrogram.
